Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when you can cancel or request a refund for each Gcourses product. Because some of our products are digital and delivered instantly, specific rules apply — please read the section for the product you bought. If anything is unclear, contact us before purchasing.

2. The Complete eBook (digital · 750 EGP)

The eBook is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Under Egyptian consumer-protection guidance for digital goods:

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not substantially downloaded or accessed the eBook content.
• Once the eBook has been opened, downloaded or accessed in a meaningful way, it is generally considered "delivered" and is non-refundable, since digital content cannot be returned.
• If the file is faulty, corrupted, or you were charged but did not receive access, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement — just contact us.

3. 1-on-1 Sessions (400 EGP per session)

• You may reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the session start time, for a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable, as the time slot has been reserved for you.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will always be offered a new time or a full refund.

4. Complete Course Packages (custom)

Custom course packages are arranged individually. Refund and cancellation terms for these packages are agreed with you in writing at the time of booking. As a general rule, any sessions or materials already delivered are non-refundable, while unused, prepaid sessions can be refunded or credited.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, email us at gigiimofarid@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with:

• The name and email used at checkout,
• The product purchased and the date of purchase, and
• The reason for your request.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will email you to confirm once a refund has been processed.
