Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. What we deliver

Gcourses offers digital products (the eBook and online 1-on-1 sessions) and a printed copy of the eBook. Digital items are delivered instantly by email. The printed copy is shipped by courier — inside Egypt only.

2. The Complete eBook

• After your payment is confirmed, access is delivered instantly and automatically — typically within a few minutes.
• You will receive an email at the address used at checkout with a secure login link to the online study portal, where you can read and download the eBook.
• Access is lifetime — you can return to the portal whenever you like by requesting a new login link.

3. 1-on-1 Sessions

• After booking, we contact you by email or WhatsApp to schedule your session at a time that works for you.
• Sessions are held online. You'll receive the meeting link before your session start time.

4. Delivery timeframe

Digital access is normally granted immediately after a successful payment. In the rare case of a delay (for example, while a payment is being verified), access is delivered within 24 hours. If you have not received your access within that window, please contact us.

5. Printed copy — delivery & shipping

• The printed eBook is shipped inside Egypt only.
• Delivery is included in the 899 EGP price — no extra shipping fees.
• Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after your payment is confirmed, depending on your governorate.
• At checkout you'll provide your phone number and full address so we can ship to you.

6. Didn't receive your access?

If you completed payment but didn't get your access email, please:

• Check your spam / promotions folder,
• Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout, and
• Contact us — we'll resend your access right away.
